Upgrading: How does it work?
Current OL Monitor 1.X license holders are eligible for a discounted upgrade to OL Monitor 2.X.
The amount of discount depends on how recently the OL Monitor 1.X license was purchased.
More recently purchased licenses receive a higher discount, see table below.
In the event that multiple licenses were purchased over a period of time, the most recent license purchased will be used to apply the highest possible discount.
That license will then be marked as upgraded, and the next most recent license will be used to calculate the next discount.
After receiving the 2.X replacement, you must discontinue use of your old 1.X installation and license.
License terms have been updated for 2.X versions and include a small maintenance fee.
